If you are looking for a nanny to support your family, either on a short or long term basis, we can help. 

Nannies of the Cotwolds maintains a database of nannies looking for opportunities in the Cotswolds area.  We also advertise vacancies via our website and social media in order to ensure a good pool of candidates. 

Every employer is unique, and every nanny role is different. We pride ourselves on providing an individual service to all our employers, and only put forward the most suitable candidates for you to recruit the very best nanny for you and your family. 

The childcare practitioners and nannies we select are professional, experienced, and committed. They are all pre-vetted by us, and must have up-to-date police check (DBS) and  paediatric first aid qualifications, in addition to two up to date employers references, which we personally check. 

Only those candidates with at least 3 years full time relevant work experience, or 2 years experience with a recognised childcare qualification, will be registered with us. 

Ultimately, the final decision on who to hire will lie with you as the employer.  If you choose not to hire one of the candidates we put forward, there will be no fee to pay. 

If you recruit a nanny, but are unhappy with your choice, we also offer a refund policy so you can have full peace of mind (subject to terms and conditions).
